30-day returns

If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is longer than the 14-day cancellation period required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return shipping

Returns are free. Email us and we will send you a prepaid return label.

How to return an item

1. Email support@greenvalegarden.co.uk with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within one working day with your return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back.

Refunds

We will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund includes the full product price and any delivery charge paid.

Faulty or damaged items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days, or a repair or replacement after that. Contact us and we'll arrange collection at no cost.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been fuelled, used or had their seals broken can only be returned if faulty.
